$180 60 minutes - we focus on your legs, tummy and finish with red light therapy.

$230 90 minutes - we focus on your legs, tummy, arms, back massage, neck and finish with the face + red light therapy.

$320 2 hours - we focus on the whole body, the whole face, neck area, vagus nerve (lymph flow, blood flow and nervous system) = red light therapy + gentle face and body massage tools. Two hours of pure relaxation, detox, peace and quiet. Ending with a guided meditation and a lymph tea. The perfect ‘Me time’.

Each session includes sounds bowls, crystals, music, incredible oils and incense to ground you and give the body this time to relax. You will feel calmer, lighter and at peace. Each session is individually tailored for what your body and mind need, so sometimes we will work on areas more than other parts, however the 90 min and 2 hour sessions are full body massages.
