After losing my beautiful Sister Georgia in September 2023 (Georgia was diagnosed with terminal rare clear cell ovarian cancer) I had no idea what I would do without her.

The grief was and has been unbearable. Georgia and I would always be coming up with new business ideas and this was one of them.

I delved into my health and had every tests done on my body. I learnt more and more about the Lymphatic System and how it plays such a huge role within the body. I started to study, discovered a new path of wellness and tools that you can add to your daily routine at home. I believe that it all begins within, your lifestyle and your emotions. Body, mind and soul from the core within.

I want to spread my knowledge, my obsession with the Lymphatic System and help you stay healthy in every possible way. I have thrown all my grief and pain into this business, so it comes from a place of love and compassion for all.
