After losing my beautiful Sister Georgia in September 2023 (Georgia was diagnosed with terminal rare clear cell ovarian cancer) I had no idea what I would do without her.

The grief was and has been unbearable. Georgia and I would always be coming up with new business ideas and this was one of them.

A brand called Y O U.

I delved into my health and had every test done on my body. With pure fear and in my own head I was going to be next. After seeing my Sister, my best friend, my rock laying there after the most incredible fight for her life - I realised how short life can be. I had two kids, my husband and my parents to look after. I had to really start looking after ME = Body and Mind.

I learnt more and more about the Lymphatic System and how it plays such a huge role within the body. I started to study, discovered a new path of wellness and tools that I could add to my daily routine at home.

Moving my body, relaxing my mind, surrounding myself with people and places plus experiences that brought joy to my life. Lifestyle, dealing with past emotions and allowing the body to feel it all.

I want to spread my knowledge, my obsession with the Lymphatic System and help you stay healthy in every possible way. I have thrown all my grief and pain into this business, so it comes from a place of love and compassion for all.

This is my purpose, my mission and I am being guided by Georgia daily from above.

I could not save my little Sister but she would want me to help you.
