I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Alex and couldn’t recommend her enough!
I felt so comfortable and welcomed in her beautiful space, it’s instantly relaxing. Alex is wonderful, and her care is so genuine.
I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and noticed I had a much better sleep afterwards, can’t wait for my next session! X

""GRATEFUL""
Wowee!!! Book book book you will not regret it!
From the moment I stepped into "YOU. By Alex" I instantly felt relaxed.
I booked my first ever Lymphatic Massage as I wanted to look at ways to take care of myself going through perimenopause and came across Alex at "YOU. By Alex" via Instagram.
I have had many massages all over the world however this was one to remember. It took you on a journey of relaxation and calmness.
From the moment I entered this space it truly took my breath away.
Highly recommend “YOU. By Alex” . She is a beautiful soul that is so passionate about her gift that she brings to the world.
I have purchased her tools and continue to use them twice a day which has helped me so much with fluid retention and wellbeing.
Alex, you truly have created such an incredible space. I'll continue my journey forever in your space and so glad I have met you.
They say everything happens for a reason and I strongly believe you will be in my life for a lifetime.

Going to Alex was the best decision I could make. She is not only good at her job but she also cares about her clients. When I have my treatment to me its feels like my spa day and I feel so good after. I would recommend Alex for your Lymphatic massage. Thanks Alex for being you!

Alex is the most caring passionate person , being surrounded by women who genuinely care about helping / supporting eachother is so comforting. Her lymphatic massages are the most amazing reset for my body and I wish I could go every week x
