I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Alex and couldn’t recommend her enough!
I felt so comfortable and welcomed in her beautiful space, it’s instantly relaxing. Alex is wonderful, and her care is so genuine.

I booked my first ever Lymphatic Massage as I wanted to look at ways to take care of myself going through perimenopause and came across Alex at "YOU. By Alex" via Instagram.
I have had many massages all over the world however this was one to remember. It took you on a journey of relaxation and calmness.
From the moment I entered this space it truly took my breath away.
