This collection of short mindfulness meditations have been written and offered generously by a hand selected group of yoga teachers, meditation teachers, psychologists, natural medicine practitioners and spiritual healers.

We asked each person to contribute a short meditation that they used often in their classes or something they used in their own personal practice.
